Carolina Community

A large goal of Carolina Housing and the RA position is to make a smooth transition for college students as they strive to make Chapel Hill a home away from home. There are many ways the RA’s build this inclusive and inviting community for the residents!

Support and Resources

• RA’s complete Tar Heel Talks which is a time to chat and get to know the residents better
• Through these they also are able to provide resources and connect students with the appropriate on campus resources

Community Programs

• Build friendships through community activities such as games, hosting events in the common spaces, and more
• Activities include build-a-ram, spike ball, axe throwing, taco-in-a-bag, and balloon art
